Does your quote include removal of all the waste?
Yes of course, unless you ask for alternative arrangements. We also recycle wherever possible.

How long will my garden take to complete?
Each garden is different and the time it takes depends on the amount of work involved, please contact us for a more accurate idea and to discuss options.

What happens if any cables or drains are damaged during installation?
Garden Box Landscape and Design takes full responsibility for any damage occurring during installation and guarantees to reinstate unless otherwise agreed.

Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, Garden Box Landscape and Design guarantees all hard landscaping work and materials for 5 years.

How much will work disrupt my daily life?
Garden Box Landscape and Design will do our utmost to cause as little disruption to your day-to-day life as possible, however, this does depend hugely on the access and the amount/type of work being done.

Do I need to consider building regulations?
Building regulations do not generally apply. However, if you are intending to install a new fence higher than 6ft 6inches then you will need to check with your local council. This also applies to any pergola structures or bespoke children's climbing frame however; they can be no more than 2.5m high within 2m of the boundary fence.

Why do I need a designer?
No matter how big or small the project is, it is always worth having some form of design plan done, even if it is a simply scale sketch. TV makeover programs make it all look very easy and no matter how small the change it is important to make sure it all fits and that the materials used compliment the garden.
